Nourish makes it easy and affordable to achieve your health goals with a personal telehealth dietitian and mobile app.

Beth’s primary focus is to offer personalized nutrition counseling to help you achieve optimal health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition practices. During your sessions, Beth will assess your current dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals to develop a customized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you are looking to manage a medical condition, improve your eating habits, or optimize athletic performance, Beth can support you on your journey to better health. She believes in a holistic approach to nutrition, taking into account not only what you eat but also how your environment, emotions, and lifestyle may be influencing your health.

We support your journey to better heath in a variety of ways.

  • A Pantry Makeover is a non-judgmental, educational coaching session that will help you become more mindful of what you are buying and eating. Your pantry is the foundation of a healthy diet. Having high quality, wholesome foods on hand is key to making smart food choices. It is one of the most important things you can do for your health.

    During this in-person nutrition house call, Beth will help you make over your pantry by identifying and swapping low-nutrient items for comparable high-quality items. She will help you go through your pantry and kitchen, identify items to eliminate or add, and share in depth information about the nutritional impact of the foods you currently have and those she suggests you add. If someone in your household has recently been diagnosed with a food allergy, Beth can help you identify the items in your pantry that may be dangerous and make recommendations for safer products.

    She will leave you with an organized pantry, a personalized shopping list, and meal planning ideas that fit your lifestyle. A free virtual follow-up session is also included. Pair your pantry makeover with a grocery shopping trip for added impact.

  • A grocery shopping walk and talk session will help you navigate the aisles with ease while finding the best products for you and your family. We will meet virtually before the trip to create a shopping list and review meal planning strategies. I will join you at the store of your choosing (contact me to be sure you are in my service area). During our shopping trip we will focus on:

    • The areas of the store to gravitate to and which to stay away from

    • How to read food labels & decipher splashy nutrition claims on food packaging

    • Strategies for saving time and getting in and out of the store quickly

    • Tips for writing a shopping list

    • Menu planning ideas

    60 min grocery shopping trip includes a 30min virtual planning session before the trip: $295

  • When a doctor prescribes a diet or tells you to “make healthier food choices,” they often don’t go into the details of what foods to purchase or how to prepare them. This is why Beth created a new Culinary Medicine program for her clients. This program takes your health care provider’s nutrition recommendations and translates them into real food and dietary behaviors. This includes teaching you how to cook, shop, adjust your meals to fit your new recommendations, and much more.

    Beth will help you create a diet that caters to your individual preferences and help you learn skills that you can integrate into your home food environment. She will show you how to prepare ingredients to change the nutritional makeup of the foods you eat, how to modify recipes according to taste preferences, and how to be mindful of other things that play a role in the nutritional quality and enjoyment of the food you eat.

  • After completing individual nutrition counseling or one of Beth’s culinary medicine series, enrolling in an ongoing support group can hep you stay motivated and on-track. Ask Beth about support groups currently accepting new members.

    These programs take evidence based healthcare recommendations and translates them into real food and dietary behaviors for specific medical conditions including type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

    Working with a small group of individuals all wanting to learn more about how to incorporate disease specific recommendations into their diet, Beth’s program is both educational and hands on - teaching you how to cook, shop, and adjust your meals to fit your new recommendations. The program focuses on helping group members learn new skills that can be integrated into their home food environment.

    Through an engaging and hands on approach, Beth will demonstrate how to prepare ingredients, how to modify recipes, and how to be mindful of the things that play a role in the nutritional quality and enjoyment of the food you eat.
